Online Market Manager

As Online Marketing Manager, your responsibility will be to create and manage performance marketing campaigns for Xtracover.

Who are we? Xtracover is an online marketplace headquartered in Delhi, to buy and sell refurbished smartphones and laptops. The marketplace caters to customers with certified refurbished devices with warranty and replacement guarantee. Xtracover is committed to promoting sustainable practices in the re-commerce industry and is constantly innovating to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.

Necessary Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Display and Native Ads.
• Allocating budgets and driving CPC based campaigns optimised for max ROI
• Understanding of tracking cookies, cross channel ads and re-targeting 
• Analysing dashboards and generating reports on Google Analytic (GA4 knowledge important)
• Creating and managing digital campaigns across ad networks

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing demand through ad networks and meeting conversion targets
• Creating reports and media plan for spend across online marketing channels
• Meeting target Cost-Per-Acquisition for conversions

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes strategic decisions to generate growth. The candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience managing conversion driven online campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
