Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Xtracover the “destination of choice” for the customers through wide selection of Refurbished Products.
• Onboard, retain and grow a strong MP vendors on platform for Refurbished Products.
• Develop deep understanding of category planning, pricing and merchandising strategies.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of competition and vendor and ability to influence the market.
• Set Targets for Partners, align with cross functions and ensure we track and deliver planed numbers at partner/vertical level.
• Ensure Onboarding Quality audits done for every partner, timely periodic audits are done and sellers are working on improvement remarks shared by audit team.
• Monitor health of the MP Vendors and ensure the on track with defined heath metrics like DOA and SLA.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Retail, Category Management, eCommerce marketplace business.
• Desire and ability to think like the customer.
• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans.
• Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
