Role - State Business Head
Department - Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Business volume: responsible for achievement if state business targets.
- Profitability: responsible for portfolio profitability (by maintaining WTD IRR, Fee and insurance) for the state.
- Delinquency: jointly responsible with state credit head to keep the delinquency levels below 0.25%.
- New branch opening: responsible for setting up of new branches within stipulated time frame.
- Hiring and attrition: responsible employee hiring at the branch and state level and ensure less than 5% of attrition in the region.
- Productivity: measure the productivity and efficiency level if sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity / revenue per employee.
- Develop sourcing channels: explore and identify news sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes.
- Monitoring: monthly business reviews with Hub team and submit monthly reports to HO.
- Training: ensure state level employees are adequately trainees.
- Quality: responsible for the quality of business portfolio, work closely with risk and credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
- Collections: responsible for collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio
