The Company is a Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking NBFC looking to hire a Quality Check Manager for their Credit Team in Mumbai.

Key roles and responsibilities

Team Management

• To overlook the entire hiring, induction, and engagement cycle for Quality Check users.
• Creation/deletion of Email and Lending rights
• Allocating and monitoring daily work with users.

Stakeholder Management

To initiate and identify gaps/ tech enablement in the Quality Check Process

Billing of the vendors and ensuring timely payments

Overlooking the pre sanction activities like

• Equifax
• Field Investigation
• CIBIL
• Co-borrower Addition and Swap

Any tech support to the vendor to be coordinated and actioned upon immediate basis.

Risk and Process Adherence

l Building a culture of First Time Right (FTR) and adherence to all risk & compliance processes.

l Identify, analyze, and report various risks and potential threats during login stage for all locations and overall business.

Qualifications

Graduate in any field; MBA in Finance/ Operations.

• 2-3 years of related work experience in the financial service sector
• Strong knowledge on operational process flow
