What you’ll do
Lead product discovery to identify critical problems to solve
Write detailed product specs to communicate what is to be built
Help the development team understand the business needs, problems, and desired outcome as you work on projects
Communicate the vision, roadmap, and status of projects across the team, internal stakeholders, clients, and executives
Effectively integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs, as well as wants.
Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).
Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.
Identify and track product and feature performance and user feedback, analyze performance, tie product metrics to business goals, and provide recommendations for next steps based on your findings
Have accountability for executing on the roadmap to deliver measured value to the business; confidently and independently orchestrating a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists & designers.
At Least 2+ years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
Have a track record for defining strategies to tackle ambiguous problem spaces.
Experience in working with startups and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop, and web)
Highly analytical, confident with financial data and can collaborate effectively with Data Scientists to make data-led decisions and contribute to financial planning.
