Roles & Responsibilities:
Actively participate in user research activities to build a solid understanding of the problem space.
Work closely with product, tech, and business to identify project goals and deliver high-quality work (user flows, wireframes, low/high fidelity UI mockups, prototypes…).
Take ownership and iteratively design through conceptual and development cycles.
Create detailed design specs and assets that makes engineering teams more effective in bringing the product to life
Follow and promote design best practices and work with the design team to curate, gate keep and develop the Zolve brand and design system.
Portfolio showcasing top notch interaction skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Min 3 years of experience designing multi-platform product experiences in a fast-paced, agile development environment
Data driven: Can articulate and defend design decisions backed by research and data analysis.
Proficiency in standard design tools like Figma
Good communication skills: written and verbal
Good to have
Experience working collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams
Good knowledge of frontend principles to make informed design decisions
Storytelling skills: showcasing your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
Previous exposure to fin-tech domain/start-ups
