Performance Marketing – Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution and Performance Tracking.

  • Experience in a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.

  • Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets in direct capacity.

  • Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google and all social media platforms.

  • Manage web analytics – Implementation and analysis

  • Should be able to create and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bings Ads, Quora Ads, Adroll and Perfect Audience.

  • Analyze the traffic and achieve the goals set (Lead and conversion based campaigns)

  • Form Leads, Audience Targeting and Conversion Optimization for Facebook Ads.

  • Manage Text, Display, Video ads for all the platforms mentioned above.

  • Able to Re-market ads for Website visitors, Custom affinity, Intent and lookalike Audiences.

  • Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads manager and other analytics platforms

  • Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.

  • Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement.


Qualifications & Experience :

  • 2-3 yrs of relevant experience in Digital Marketing

  • Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance.

  • Must possess strong knowledge of Google Adwords & SME. A knowledge of Facebook Ads would be a plus point

  • Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail

  • Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
