Media Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage our digital media strategy
• Define most important media KPIs month on month
• Develop the right voice for each media platform
• Manage and oversee day to day media content, creative communication and performance reports
• Create, curate and manage any and all publishers content
• Measure the success of every digital media publisher campaigns
• Stay up to date with latest media best practices and technologies
• Use digital media marketing tools for analysis and reporting
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing and result oriented
• Analyze data to determine whether media campaigns have achieved their objectives & compile results (weekly)
• Manage budgets, optimize cost, and run ads for published lead media properties

Requirements and qualifications :
• 4-5 years of experience as a digital media manager on publisher content
• Excellent knowledge of publisher media, content benchmarks and digital media best practices
• Proven ability to drive publisher campaigns
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Understanding online and media consumptions of audiences
• Understanding of graphic design principles and benchmarks
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of media KPIs
• Degree in marketing or similar field
