Responsibilities:
Monitor online marketing tools and social media trends & best practices
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and present actionable findings
Assist with various day-to-day projects, including events, merchandising, email, design, and data analysis
Liaise with product, engineering and other teams for improvising the product/ service
Act as SPOC for all the tickets raised for marketing team
Calendar management of all projects to budget.
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
Analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools
Request for proposal (RFP) generation management
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications with min. 2 yrs of proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Must have worked on the Jira tool or other marketing tools like semrush, spyfu, hotjar, google analytics, tag manager
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Well-organised and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
