Responsibilities:

  • Monitor online marketing tools and social media trends & best practices
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and present actionable findings
  • Assist with various day-to-day projects, including events, merchandising, email, design, and data analysis
  • Liaise with product, engineering and other teams for improvising the product/ service
  • Act as SPOC for all the tickets raised for marketing team
  • Calendar management of all projects to budget.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools
  • Request for proposal (RFP) generation management
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications with min. 2 yrs of proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
    • Must have worked on the Jira tool or other marketing tools like semrush, spyfu, hotjar, google analytics, tag manager
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
    • Well-organised and detail oriented
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills
