Responsibilities

• Design an awesome customer experience.
• Support design leadership in delivering world-class interaction designs from initial concept through to shipping.
• Effectively communicate experience frameworks, conceptual ideas, detailed design and design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Work closely and constructively with product management, designers, and engineers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.
• Leverage available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, andusability findings to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Help and mentor junior designers to help them grow in their craft and execution.
• Be self-directed and able to self-manage.

Who should apply?

• Experience in user interface design, data visualization, and prototyping.
• Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them in designs.
• Proficiency with a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design prototyping tools
• Championed the creation of a multi-year UX vision for multiple products or product lines; proven ability to innovate for newer markets
• Ability to use humour and energy to keep the momentum going Requirements

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science or Engineering from Tier 1 colleges preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.
• B2C or Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
