What we Expect (Skills & Experience)

  • 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, founder’s office of a high growth start-up with Bachelor’s degree and MBA from a Premier School
  • Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively to a wide audience
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience
  • Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment
  • Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that can be implemented in real-time
  • Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset
  • Comfortable in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives
  • Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven program management experience with the ability to breakdown complex projects and product roadmaps into executable tasks with agile methodologies

  • Ability to consistently exercise discretion with sensitive information is a must
