Copy Writer


Role:

This role will be responsible to lead and manage copy and content at 5paisa Capital Ltd that includes writing copy for all the platforms like brand ad copies, notifications, in-app messaging, emailer, banner ads, other digital platforms, various marketing collaterals designing and implementing digital strategy to align with business goals and community building community.

Responsibilities:
Looking for a smart, creative and open-minded communications expert who can create the right brand impact and recall with the power of copy.
– Weave words into high-impact stories that will attract interest and create engagement
– Convert every touch-point with prospects into an engaging sales conversation
– Engage with customers/clients/brand followers/channel partners through interesting copy and content and make them live the brand values and create a Brand Impact
– As a core team member of the positioning tower within marketing, he/she will play a vital role in ideating and messaging for various initiatives, and positioning the brand through creative and impactful storytelling

Key deliverables :

– Ideate, write and deliver on a wide spectrum of communication assets, including ad copies, ad banners, promo banners, videos, info graphics, social media, e-mailers and more
– Collaborate with the other functional teams within marketing to power branding and outreach across channels – website, social media, events, customer engagements and partner engagements
– Liaise closely with the Subject Matter Experts, Business Unit Leads and Solution teams within the organization to support them in building impactful external communications
– Support in developing yearly / half-yearly / quarterly marketing communications strategies
– Proof check all the copy/content before final release

Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in writing and editing content. Knowledge of driving communication strategies
– Ability to grasp complex and technical subjects and re-create engaging content in collaboration with subject matter experts, business heads and external agencies
– Demonstrated expertise in content writing and copywriting skills, with strong experience in developing impactful customer insight driven and client-facing communications
– Should be comfortable writing for digital and social media platforms
– A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
– Should have an eye for detail and experience in using style guides and brand guideline
