We are an e-commerce fulfilment start-up currently operating in stealth mode. We help brands connect with millions of new international customers while providing them end-to-end global fulfilment services. WHAT WE EXPECT

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2-5 years of experience in a high growth global e-commerce start-up with graduation from a Tier 1 institute
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with retailers with proven track record of effective account management, pricing, promotions, advertising and digital marketing
  • Fluent in multiple system applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-suite products, etc.)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player with ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and keen understanding of when escalation is necessary
  • Understanding of how to drive program adoption and business scale
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, analytical & creative problem- solver with ability to propose innovative solutions to challenges at hand

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the one-point contact for e-commerce retailers/ brands/vendors. Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with them while strategically scaling their business
  • Assist in seamless onboarding and providing timely response to their queries. Co-ordinate on daily basis to sort out issues related to cataloging, master data, assortment, stock levels, position of SKUs, stock receiving etc.
  • Keeping track of their key performance metrics and working closely with the Operations and Tech team to fulfil brands growth requirements
  • Identification of digital marketing opportunities for these retailers and timely communication of new launches, offers and promotions to further grow their business
