Graphic Designer (UI/UX)


Responsibilities:

  • Defining brand design guidelines, keeping it updated and ensuring consistency of usage across platforms.
  • Designing creatives and collateral (static creatives and motion graphics) as part of communication design for our performance campaigns and social media platforms .
  • Designing web pages and related UI/UX components for our website focusing primarily on customer acquisition and visitor engagement respectively.
  • Collaborating across teams to understand design performance metrics and optimizing design assets & collateral performance based on key data insights.
  • Producing high quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Participating actively in R&D and competition research to create powerful design journeys that delight, engage and convert.
  • Maintaining a centralized repository of marketing design assets and updating it.

Skills & Experience:

  • A great portfolio & experience with marketing design.
  • Experience with designing ad creatives, motion graphics and landing pages.
  • Deep understanding of conversion and engagement focused designs.
  • Software skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & Sketch.
