About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to help scale our B2B SaaS business. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end — from initial outreach to deal closure
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in outbound sales (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
